HONEY

In 2011 we produced very little honey as we were building up our hive numbers, In 2012 we will have around 400 hives producing honey for sale from our farm shop and also through local out-lets around Essex and London. 

Our bees will be on a mixture of wild flower meadows, herb meadows, field beans, red clover and also Epping Forest. We try, where possible, only to put our bees on farms with organic status, or a policy of sustainable farming practices. The quality of the plants our bees are feeding on is of great importance to us, as we believe it gives a superior product for you, the client.
